I also love spending time outdoors with my horse, Mr. Melvin—riding, taking care of him, and simply enjoying the peaceful moments that come with being around animals. Both cooking and caring for my horse keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of patience, dedication, and joy in the everyday moments.
